Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes. Your HoopEdge account works across iOS, Android, and the web. Sign in with the same email on any device to access your predictions, betting ledger, and subscription.

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account," or email support@hoopedge.ai. We'll process your request within 30 days and remove all personal data.

We offer a Weekly plan ($14.99/week) and a Season Pass ($59.99 one-time). Both plans unlock all AI predictions, advanced analytics, and full betting ledger features.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. For iOS, manage your subscription through the App Store. For web/Android subscriptions, go to Settings > Manage Subscription, or email support@hoopedge.ai.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@hoopedge.ai within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay is available on iOS. In-app purchases are also available through the App Store and Google Play.

Our AI model has a 72%+ backtested accuracy rate on moneyline predictions across three NBA seasons of historical data. We continuously retrain the model as new data becomes available. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Our model analyzes 50+ features per game including team performance metrics, player statistics, injury reports, rest days, travel distance, and historical matchup data. Predictions are generated fresh each day before games tip off.

The confidence percentage represents how strongly the model favors one outcome. Higher confidence (65%+) predictions are flagged as "Smart Picks" and have historically been more accurate.

Yes. The History tab shows prediction results for the past 30 days, including win/loss record and accuracy breakdowns. This lets you verify our track record.

Free users get one free prediction reveal per day, plus the top pick is always visible. Subscribe to unlock all predictions for every game.

No. HoopEdge is a predictions and analytics platform. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling. Our betting ledger is a personal tracking tool to help you log and analyze your own bets placed on external sportsbooks.

We display odds from DraftKings (traditional sportsbook), Polymarket (prediction market), and Kalshi (regulated event contracts). This lets you compare prices across platforms.

When you place a bet on an external sportsbook, you can log it in HoopEdge to track your performance. The ledger calculates your win rate, ROI, total P&L, and other analytics. Bets are automatically settled based on final game scores.

We support moneyline, spread, total over, total under, and event contract (Polymarket/Kalshi) bet types in the betting ledger.

We collect your email address, display name, and app usage data (pages viewed, predictions accessed, bets logged). Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

No. We never sell your personal information to third parties. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service.

We use encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Firebase, and industry-standard access controls. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe.
