Open HoopEdge on the web, choose "Sign Up," and create an account with your email address. The website works on your phone, tablet, or computer. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.

Yes. Open the HoopEdge website on your phone, tablet, or computer and sign in with the same email to access your predictions, paper bet ledger, and subscription.

If you can sign in, open Settings and choose Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, visit Account Deletion for instructions to contact support. We review requests and may retain records where law or necessary recordkeeping allows.

Weekly is $3.99 per week after a 3-day free trial and includes 1,000 credits after each paid week. The 2026–27 Season Pass costs $29.99 once, includes 100,000 credits once, and remains active through June 30, 2027.

Cancel a web subscription through the billing portal in Settings. Cancel an Apple or Google purchase through that store's subscription settings. The purchase channel controls cancellation.

Request a refund through the provider or store where you made the purchase.

Web payments use Stripe. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by the App Store or Google Play. The available payment methods appear in the checkout for your purchase channel.

The History tab lets you choose the last 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, all recorded history, or specific dates. Its summaries follow your selection.

Our model analyzes 50+ features per game including team performance metrics, player statistics, injury reports, rest days, travel distance, and historical matchup data. Predictions are generated fresh each day before games tip off.

The confidence percentage is the model's estimate for an outcome. It is not a guarantee. Review saved predictions and results in History to evaluate the record over your chosen period.

Yes. The History tab shows saved picks, results, and prediction revisions. Choose a period or multiple calendar dates to review matching records and accuracy summaries.

A free pick is available on days when a game meets the model's confidence threshold. Some days no game qualifies. A separate daily reveal may also be available when your account has a reveal remaining. Subscribe to unlock predictions for every game.

The wallet records your paper bets and results in virtual credits. Paper bet tracking requires an eligible trial or paid plan. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

We display odds from DraftKings (traditional sportsbook), Polymarket (prediction market), and Kalshi (regulated event contracts). This lets you compare prices across platforms.

Record a paper bet with virtual credits at the displayed odds. HoopEdge tracks your results and automatically settles supported bets after final game scores are available. This is simulated activity; HoopEdge does not place a wager with a sportsbook.

Past paper bets are available in the Public Ledger without signing in. Today's public picks require an eligible trial or paid plan. Leaderboards are available without signing in; each ranking has a minimum number of settled bets.

We support moneyline, spread, total over, total under, and event contract (Polymarket/Kalshi) bet types in the betting ledger.
