These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HoopEdge application and website (the "Service") operated by HoopEdge ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- HoopEdge offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features, including full AI predictions and advanced analytics.
- All plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan after the trial period ends.
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
4. No Refund Policy
No Refunds
All sales are final. Because we offer a 3-day free trial on every plan, no refunds will be issued after the trial period ends and payment is collected. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Service, contact support@hoopedge.ai and we will work to resolve them.
5. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

Our predictions, odds comparisons, and analytics do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial outcomes. Past performance and backtested accuracy do not guarantee future results. Please gamble responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
- Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit predictions or content from the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, prediction algorithms, and software — are owned by HoopEdge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Data
The Service displays odds and market data from third-party sources including DraftKings, Polymarket, and Kalshi. This data is provided as-is for informational purposes. We are not affiliated with these platforms and do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data. Always verify odds directly with the respective platform before placing any wager.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoopEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any predictions or information provided by the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
